SHIPPING
New Life Journeys does not ship Saturdays, Sundays,
or on national holidays. Orders ship within ten (10) business days.
Occasionally, orders will take longer depending upon gemstone availability.
We will notify you if this is the case.
Continental US orders are shipped either UPS or FedEx depending upon your delivery choice.
All Continental US orders must ship to a physical address, please do not use a PO Box as
your shipping address.
Credit card approval must be obtained before the order is shipped. You will receive a
follow-up e-mail confirming the total of your order, including shipping and handling
charges and sales tax.
All orders to street addresses will be shipped either United Parcel Service ("UPS") or FedEx.
Orders will not be shipped or delivered on Saturday and Sunday. We are not able to ship
orders to P.O. Boxes except in the case of APO or FPO addresses.
You may request two-day or overnight delivery for an additional fee. The availability and
fulfillment of two-day or overnight delivery depends on the destination and the time the
order is placed.
Shipping may be delayed due to out-of-stock items, as we only ship complete orders to keep
your shipping costs low. We will notify you if your order is delayed.
RETURNS
Merchandise can be returned unused and in its original condition within 14 days of purchase date.
If jewelry was ordered and shipped outside of the United States, jewelry must be returned
within 21 days of purchase date. Customer will be credited for the cost of the jewelry not
including shipping charges.
